At Telephone Concepts, Inc., our management philosophy is "Take Care of the Customer" and we start by taking care of our staff. We provide them a safe, secure place to work, where they are treated as partners. We provide them the very best tools and technology to enable them to maintain high productivity with the lowest possible stress. We invest heavily in our infrastructure and our staff.

Our technicians are professional and computer competent - still a rarity in this industry! They are courteous and helpful - our customers frequently comment on how friendly and helpful our technical staff is. Our technicians are committed to maintaining proficiency on all the equipment we service, and we support them by sending them to factory training, and by providing them with computers and test equipment. Most of our technicians have business telephone and voice mail systems in their own homes that they've installed and maintain.

You can expect the same courtesy and helpful attitude from our office staff, who will help you when you call. They can help determine what kind of service you need and will schedule your work. Often they can help you solve your problem over the telephone, saving you time, frustration and money!
